▣︎ 전자입국신고(e-Arrival card)란?   What is the e-Arrival card?

ㅇ 대한민국 도착 3일전부터 온라인으로 입국신고서를 제출하는 제도로, PC 및 모바일 웹에서 대한민국 전자입국신고 홈페이지 주소(www.e-arrivalcard.go.kr)를 입력하거나 하단의 QR 코드로 적속하여 편리하게 입국신고서를 사전에 작성.제출할 수 있습니다. 

ㅇ The e-Arrival card is an online entry declaration form for travelers entering the Republic of Krrea. Starting from 3 days prior to their entry to Korea, travelers can submit their e-Arrival card conveniently through the website (www.e-arrivalcard.go.kr) via PC or mobile web or by scanning the QR code below.

ㅇ (준비물) 유효한 이메일 주소, 입출국 여행정보(입출국일, 편명.선박명), 국내 체류지 주소 및 연락처 등

ㅇ (Preparations) Valid e-mail address, travel information (date of entry and departure, flight-vessel number), address and contact information in Korea, etc.

  ▣︎ 전자입국신고서 제출 가능 시기 / When to submit

ㅇ 한국에 도착하기 3일 전부터(한국 표준시 기준) 신고할 수 있습니다.  전자 입국 신고서를 제출한 후 72시간이 경과할 때까지 입국하지 않으면 신고서는 무표가 됩니다.

ㅇ You can submit the form up to 3 days before you arrival in Korea(KST). If you do not arrive in Korea within 72 hours, your e-Arrival card will no longer be valid.

▣︎ 전자입국신고서 제출 의무자 / Who must submit

ㅇ 원칙적으로 한국에 입국하는 모든 외국인은 입국신고서(전자입국신고서)를 제출해야 합니다.

ㅇ In principle, all foreign nationals entering the Republic of Korea are required to submit the entry declaration form (e-Arrival card).

예외적으로 다음 사람은 제출이 면제됩니다. (자세한 내용은 홈페이지에서 확인)

The exempions are as follows. (For details, refer to the e-Arrival card website)

– 한국에 외국인등록을 마친 외국인(영주권자, 국내거소신고자 포함)

–  Registered residents in Korea (including Permanent Resident Card and Overseas Korean Resident Card holders)

– 유효한 전자여행허가(K-ETA)를 소지한 외국인

– Valid K-ETA approval holders

–  항공기 승무원 등

– Airline crew memers, etc.

▣︎ 신고 수수료 : 없음 / Declaration fee : The e-Arrival card service is free of charge. 

▣︎ 여러 사람의 신고를 한꺼번에 할 수 있는지 여부 / Multiple people submissions

ㅇ 한 사람이 신고자를 추가하는 방식으로 최대 9명에 대한 신고를 함께 할 수 있습니다. 

ㅇ For individual declarations, you can submit up to 9 people by adding additional travelers.

ㅇ 10명 이상의 신고를 일괄해서 하려면 PC 홈페이지에서 단체전자입국 신고 기능을 사용하시기 바랍니다. 

ㅇ For 10 people or more, please use the group declarations feature on the website (PC.)
